No. Unfortunately, we cannot accept telephone orders. Call us to discuss your order, or to ask us a question regarding our products, or just to say hello...but you can only place an order by using the website.
Orders placed on weekdays before noon EST will usually go out same day. Late day orders go out next day, while orders placed on weekends ship the following Monday.
Tea cannot be returned if the package has been opened. If the packet is unopened, we will accept the return. You will find our address right on the label of your tea packet. Tea ware (pots, cups etc.) can be returned if they arrive broken. Return merchandise to the address on the delivery package for a refund. Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping and handling charges.
